PICHLER TRAINING offers you tailored training concepts that accommodate the specific needs of your company. We apply so-called training needs analysis and the actual situation on the ground in the participants' company as the basis to design our training. We develop innovative learning formats ranging from classroom seminars and e-learning tools, to webinars, self-organized study groups, and Wikis, which we use and adapt to suit the specific situation.

What's more, we also support you in developing corporate learning academies that further the interests of your company strategy. In doing so, we identify the strategy and core processes of your learning & developments, and define the target groups, contents, trainers, learning formats, training organization, learning management systems and e-learning formats. We also consider cultural aspects and the international structure of our clients alongside technological factors, integrating all these elements in HR processes such as talent and performance management.

We concentrate on getting the message across

The training begins with a personal status quo and a preparatory assignment before the actual training program commences. When possible, the participants' line managers are actively included in the training and development process – as coaches, co-trainers, sparring partners, or speakers - to help get the message across. The insight acquired during the training is taken to develop clear development measures which are discussed and implemented by the participants and their line managers after the training. On request, we provide the participants with personal accompaniment after the training in order to ensure that the knowledge is put into practice.
